M-Commerce Mobile Shopping Cart & Food Ordering
This is a fully functioning online ordering system which can be integrated with existing online shopping carts like Magento, Volusion, or Shopify, but these are not required. Any items can be added into the cart with pictures, descriptions and any options and additional features for the items. Items can be grouped by category and tiered pricing structures are easily added. This button has the ability to accept pick-up or delivery orders and can add shipping costs.
Mobile Payment Options Built In
PayPal and Google Checkout are accepted. These are the standards for mobile payment processing. They only require a username and password to complete a transaction. Compared to conventional payment processing which required lengthy credit card numbers, security codes and billing addresses, these services guarantee top level security while offering a quick transaction which is what is expected when ordering from a mobile device.
This is a GPS coupon, similar to foursquare. Customers can check in to access the coupon when they are within a certain distance to the business. The business can create any coupon. For example, check-in 3 times and receive a free appetizer, check in 5 times and get 50% off your next order, etc. This tab also has the ability to only allow the customer to check in every 12 hours, 24 hours, or any period of time chosen. The business can update this and create new coupons through our App Control Panel. We recommend a low value deal to the customer for this button as it is possible for the customer to check in without making any purchase. This is a great way to increase repeat business.
Coupons/QR code coupon
QR scanner and scan tracking, this button is used to scan QR codes for the business to give customer loyalty deals. The business can add new QR deals using our App Control Panel. The QR code will be generated and can be printed for use at the checkout. The cashier provides the QR code to be scanned and the app will track how many times the code was scanned in this button. This can be used like a loyalty card or stamp card, without the expense of printing new cards every time the business wants to change the promotion. This is another great way to increase repeat business.
Our third option for coupon buttons is the loyalty program. This is the same idea as the QR code button but instead of scanning a QR code the customer gives the phone to the cashier and they input a code to “stamp” the card. The business can update this through our App Control Panel. This is yet another great way to increase repeat business.
Fan Wall button
This is a live in-app comment wall for users to comment, post on other comments, and engage in discussions. Nightclubs could use this to talk about the local talent playing soon to help create a buzz. Churches could use this as a prayer wall. Anyone can add comments. The business can edit/delete comments as needed in case something inappropriate is ever posted.
The gallery button displays images in a gallery. This is great for any business. Restaurants can show pictures of their dishes, florists can show their favorite arrangements, nightclubs can show pictures of the crowds coming to see the local talent, or churches can add pictures of their events.
Forms for any kind of form submission. We would be happy to create forms tailored specifically to your company or integrate any existing forms for the business. The user can complete and submit the form to the business quickly and easily. This could be used as a comment card, a quote request form, or to request information about the business.
We can set points of interest on a map with info pages and GPS directions for any set locations. For example, a golf course could add local sporting goods stores. Restaurants can add local points of interest like museums and shopping centers. Realtors can add schools, shopping, etc. If the business has more than one location these can also be added to the map.
This will be used to easily contact your business. The tab has a button to view the business on a map, which also shows directions to the business. It has a call us button for one touch dialing, has a button to view the website, and has an email us button. There is also room to add comments like store hours, or a brief description of services.
The user can email existing photos or snap a new photo and send it to the business. Restaurants could gather pictures of customers enjoying food, salons could ask for before and after pics, golf courses could ask for golfers to send in any pictures of parts of the course that need attention to help keep the course in tip-top shape. The business can use these pictures for their gallery or marketing materials.
This can be used to list upcoming events with plenty of room for descriptions of each event. The business can update this through our App Control Panel.
Social Media Integration
Any items can be input and the user can add to or subtract from “points.” This could be useful for a golf course or fitness club. Then the score can be emailed to the business, the user, or anyone else the user wants.
The home page is usually the first button on the app. It has a call us one touch dial button, a directions button, and the “tell a friend” feature, which will share a link for the app through Facebook, Twitter, email, or SMS message.
Info buttons (1, 2 or 3 tier)
These can be used to add any kind of information or menu to the app using single or multiple tiered information menus. Any kind of information can be added from restaurant menus, to company data like employee contact lists by department.
This prompts the user to enter their email address to join a mailing list. This can be integrated into existing Mailchimp, iContact, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, or Get Response. This button is very useful to help gather interested users for your mailing list.
This tab can be used for restaurant menus, or any retail sales or service menu. Prices and descriptions can be included as well as custom options for each purchase. We can input each item or use .pdf files of existing menus and price lists.
Will play podcasts (audio files) from within the app. This feature could be great for churches, radio stations, or anyone that has audio files for demonstration or educational purposes. This could be used as a “listen to our testimonials” tab.
This is for requesting reservations. The customer can easily send in a request form for a reservation at a restaurant, to schedule an appointment at a salon or spa, or tee time at a golf course. The business should then call back to confirm. This is a wonderful way to make it easy on the user, which is another great tool for customer retention.
